  • What area's do we cover?
    We provide cleaning services in all area's of Gloucestershire. If you are outside of Gloucestershire, please still get in touch and we will see what we can do!
  • What is the best way to get in touch?
    It is best to email us at enquiries@spotlessclean.co or to use the contact form on our website. You can also call us on 07495748874. Please leave a message if you are unable to get through and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
  • When do I make payment to Spotless.?
    Depending on the service you require we may ask for a deposit, we may take part payment or we may ask for full payment, this can be discussed at the booking stage. Our cancellation policy means if you decide to cancel our services you will receive a full refund provided it is not within 7 days of the booked clean date. If it is within 7-3 days of the booked date a 50% refund will be provided. If within 48 hours of the booked date no refund will be given.
  • What if the property is considerably soiled/dirty?
    Spotless. provide fixed price cleaning, however if we arrive at the property and assess that soiling is more than average additional costs may occur to cover the extra time taken to clean the property. If you let us know at the booking stage, we can provide a revised quote to account for the additional cleaning required. It might be that we ask for photos of the property, or ask to view the property before a quote is provided.
  • How do I cancel my booking?

  • Do I have to provide the cleaning products?
    All cleaning products, tools and equipment are provided by Spotless.
  • Who are we?
    Hi! My name is Sabine, I was born in Cheltenham, and still live in Cheltenham. I started Spotless. in 2023 after leaving a career working with vulnerable people within the court system. I decided that I needed a career change and have worked really hard to build my own business. I have an eye for detail, and a passion for cleaning. I work full time on running the business, and I personally do the cleaning. I have trusted ad-hoc cleaners who help me as and when needed.

Payments Accepted

We accept payment via bank transfer. We do not accept cash or cheques. We will provide you with details needed to make payment on the quote.

Fixed Prices

We have set prices for end of tenancy and carpet cleaning based on the size of the property. We also have set prices for extra's including oven cleaning, hob cleaning etc. When we contact you we will ask the right questions and provide you with a fixed price qoute. 

Cancellation Policy

Satisfaction Guarantee

We know that when moving out of a property estate agents will have high expectations for the cleanliness of the property. Usually it is part of tenancy agreements to have the property professionally cleaned on move-out, if not deposit deductions are common. When you book with us, we will ensure that we work with your estate agent to make sure that cleaning deductions are not something you have to worry about!
