Payments Accepted

We accept payment via bank transfer. We do not accept cash or cheques. We will provide you with details needed to make payment on the quote.

Fixed Prices

We have set prices for end of tenancy and carpet cleaning based on the size of the property. We also have set prices for extra's including oven cleaning, hob cleaning etc. When we contact you we will ask the right questions and provide you with a fixed price qoute. 

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy means if you decide to cancel our services you will receive a full refund provided it is not within 7 days of the booked clean date. If it is within 7-3 days of the booked date a 50% refund will be provided. If within 48 hours of the booked date no refund will be given.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We know that when moving out of a property estate agents will have high expectations for the cleanliness of the property. Usually it is part of tenancy agreements to have the property professionally cleaned on move-out, if not deposit deductions are common. When you book with us, we will ensure that we work with your estate agent to make sure that cleaning deductions are not something you have to worry about!
